Very peacefull little beach inside Astoria, very close to Brooklyn and close to beautifulls parks. The beach was just perfect to pass a good moment, with the birds 🦅 flying arround. There is a tree just perfect to don’t deal with the sun, u can be there long as you want. And sometimes people go with dogs, if u like animals u going...

Worked their about 10 yrs ago in a restoration ctr and some time I would go to look at the beach.Lo and behold I never saw so many RATS in one place!!! If you threw a rock down to the beach they would come out by the tens!! Perhaps they removed the tons of garbage from there and it is better,but I have to go there and...

My dog swam out 50 yards, but the current did not sweep her away. Also the sunsets here are magnifico. Also there’s trash. But it’s local, sand-fed trash. Legend has it that the spirit of William Hallett visits the beach every 77 years. His next appearance is scheduled for...

Quiet place with the view of Roosevelt island and Manhattan, have little beach, water front. You can rent a Citi Bike here too. Close by Sacratis art park and Costco. Nearby some bars/restaurants but not too many of them. Generally it's a quiet place.
