NO RETURN; NO RETURN; NO RETURN This store makes people assume they are part of Costco. It is entirely independent from the Costco. There is no sign in anywhere within the store that shows NO RETURN, but you only get a note on receipt after you paid. Dishonest business!

KH & H may have the cheapest liquor and wine prices in New York City. The trade off is a limited selection and variety. OK, that is fair. KH & H also has a decent selection of gift sets, for example with glasses, especially around Christmas time. These are hard to find in New York. One more caveat -- checkout lines can be long at busy times, such as Friday evenings. So, come in , see what is available, and enjoy...

Evening Fridays Manager not customer service oriented. I bought 9 boxes of champagne and visit monthly the store for purchases, Asked for 1 exchange of sealed box and the reply was sorry no exchange. Manager looked at me and returned to his cubby without letting customer finish a sentence. As a customer, I understand Rules are set for every venue but customer must be evaluated based on the business which they bring...

Trader Joe's is closed, so that's probably the best place after to buy wine ! Only complaint about the place is that everything is somehow placed randomly inside. It is not messy, but to find the wine you're looking for, you'd better go around 3 times as you will surely missed what you're looking for the first run around. Prices are decent, again, same range as the previous...
