Halloween it is, it is a good 2 hour entertainment, it is free of cost, prefer a own vehicle, we went to 9th street and the parade came towards us after 30 minutes of waiting, but we got to see a lot of characters in action, shouted a lot, it was all good, we liked the decorations and the costumes and the part where we prepared a costume the process was fun. But we went by subway, due to this parade a lot of them were closed, and after a certain time it didn’t felt safe, restaurants were not close either. Overall...

Love the parade but being apart of it can be very time consuming and uncomfortable for some .you have to wait in a large crowd to move ahead. But if you know how to maneuver through it you can possibly get to the front. But there is a wait so prepare ya self.
