No wait time and the wax technician was really outstanding. I was nervous and we went through breathing exercises and she helped keep me calm. I was expecting a lot more pain given my pain tolerance is low and I have extremely sensitive skin. I did an under arm and Brazilian and I was not expecting it to go so smooth with minor discomfort. I took 2 Tylenol before the appointment and this is the only place that I didn’t have a painful experience with waxing. I wish I could give this experience below a zero. Literally the worst OFFICE Manager ever. I got burned during my wax and called to simply state I didn’t want that waxer anymore. I was told the office manager would give me a call in regards to this. Not only did this man call me days later. He told me he didn’t want me coming back to his business. Why because of a mistake one of your team members made? It’s sick Racist is real and this can’t be a business owner. He said this is a private business I do what I want. Corporate will be hearing from me....

Recently had an experience where the wax was poorly done. It not only hurt exponentially more compared to all previous waxes here, but the wax itself did not do as intended and hair began growing back in the area within the week.

It was a complete waste of time and money. After contacting Uni K Wax Studio to fix the issue, they insisted on paying $50 for a touch up on top of the full paid service already paid for. Poor customer service for a repeat customer. Will not be returning or...
