I received a phone call regarding a recent appt. I had on Sept. 17th to bring in my 2022 Jeep Compass, it was experiencing alot of electrical issues with the navigation and a recall that needed to be looked at. This was not the first time I was bringing in my Jeep to be looked at for electrical issues with the navigation, my radio was already changed in August 2023 and now this was the second time my radio had to be fixed. I got my Jeep back that week of September 17th and still was not working. The language came up in German, the temp in Celsius, the display for the A/C couldn't be touched and the navigation still didn't work so that meant my truck had to go back again w/in the same week. The second time I brought it back that week the radio was changed for a third time. So this means since I started the lease with my truck this was the fourth radio the original, the one from August 2023, the September 17th, and now this one. When the third radio was put in I was told my truck was taken for a test drive to make sure everything was working. I received my truck back that Friday on September 20th, there was another radio installed in my truck so that's two in one week. There was a car service that delivered my car from the dealership to my apt. I got into my truck to look at everything after the driver left and seen that there was a dried liquid on my steering wheel and my microfiber cloth to clean my car was out from my console. When I picked up the cloth there were pieces of apple in my cup holders. I realized the driver that delivered my truck back to me was eating in my truck while driving and tried to clean it up. The driver had tried to clean up the mess from eating. Over the past couple of weeks my navigation, since my truck is back from Sept. 20th, is still not 100% and while using the navigation for directions on the odometer it still comes up as the same street every time, the speed is wayboff every time and the traffic flow still does not come up. Also my rear view camera after putting it from reverse to drive, the camera stays up on my display when I'm moving forward then switches to the regular display. At this point in my lease I've decided I'm not bringing my truck back to this Jeep dealership anymore and just going to deal with the issues. It's been multiple times ive tried to have it fixed and nothing is 100% the way it should be. I've spent time going back-and-forth and having to make arrangements to be home for my car to be taken to and from...

Read moreI just wanted to begin by saying that I had the absolute best experience finding a new lease at island auto group. This place truly lives up to its promise, “IslandsGotYourBack!” Upon arriving, my husband and I were greeted by Viraj. From that moment on, the stressful and intimidating journey of finding a new vehicle to drive instantaneously became easy, smooth, and quite enjoyable! Viraj was extremely friendly, genuine, and beyond knowledgeable in anything and everything involving cars (as one should be). However, it was clear that he had a passion for cars and was exceptional in his craft of educating us about them. Viraj took the time to discuss the different features and specifications each car offered. He answered all of my questions effectively. I will be a returning customer. I will not hesitate to recommend everyone I know to request Viraj to help them in their search for a new car. RUN.. don’t walk to Island Auto Group for your next car. You will not...
