Beware must check your receipt. I asked can I order some donuts but not sure yet how many to order. The cashier process to asked do you want 1/2 dozen or a dozen. So I said 1/2 a dozen because she sounded like she doesn’t understand my question. Then after naming the six, I wanted to order two more (meanwhile my 4 yr old wanted my attention). She kept asking if I wanted it on the side like three times. I then noticed the other guy entering the cashier changed from $6 to $11 something so I process to ask will it cost less for a dozen? He answered yes $11.20, so I asked if I can order four more to make that dozen. He cheated with the girl and he said okay. So I ordered four more and additional items. She stated you want those two boxes and 2 bagels and a muffin. I said yes. The bill came up to $23.90 I paid, she handed over the bag. So I asked for the receipt knowing that she intensionally didn’t want to give me a receipt. She asked me again you want a receipt I replied yes please. Then she grab the receipt and looked at the guy, handed it to him and walked away. Didn’t even bother to apologies. Before the man gave me the receipt and a refund, he said she made a mistake . I told him I know. The problem was not the mistake the problem was that she didn’t correct the mistake, she try to con me and did not apologize. First time I seen this chubby white girl with long finger nails, she started by talking over the gentlemen taking my order which made it confusing for everyone in the situation. Then I pull up to the window and she is standing there with her arms crossed and a miserable face. Didn’t say a word so I handed her my card, she charged it and handed it back. Still no words or smile out of her, so I did the same. Then hands me my drinks and straws with an attitude, and Still didn’t say a word, nor smiled as if I disrespected her which was impossible. So I left with a bad taste in my mouth when a simple “hello” with a smile is all that needed to be for the visit to have gone a totally different way. Read moreI've ordered from this location via uber eats / grub hub etc. Multiple times, we order for our office very frequently and its never been bad in the topic of food quality. What has been awful is that every time I order, I request for no dairy, milk, cheese, etc. This is not out of preference, but out of pure health risk. I do not get stomach aches, I go into anaphyactic shock and potentially die. Atleast twice a week my order is wrong and its... whole milk not almond milk, there's cheese on the food, and i get it that mistakes can happen, but were talking multiple times in 1 week, pay attention to the food instructions.
