The Manager, Keyfood I am disappointed with the way in which the cashier and the Supervisor handled a situation yesterday. Another customer picked up one of my item and put it in his bag and walked out, and item already cashed and paid for. Knowing it is the cashier's mistake, by placing the item next to the man's stuff, I then get the same item because it is the cashier's fault. She said I have to pay for it again since it is my fault and not hers. She took herself out completely. She then called the Supervisor who was very dismissive, walking away.
