Little Miss Optical Inc. — Attraction in New York

Bought frames and had my existing lenses put into the new frames. The “optician / owner” only put the lenses in the frame which I paid quite a bit for , he couldn’t be bothered adjusting the frames so I could see properly. After returning to let him know I can’t read or see close distances with my lenses, which were fine before he transferred my perfectly fine lenses in the new frame. Seems once he got paid for the overpriced frames , he really didn’t care if I could see and wasn’t interested in making any frame adjusts, such as tilt or height of the frame which effects the lenses. I don’t recommend trusting your eyes to this so called optician. You’ll be sorry just like I was.

I had such an awful experience doing business with the owner of Mr. Optical, Morton. Had lenses placed in a new frame. When I went to pick them up, they were so crooked, totally bent out of shape. Morton tried to straighten the frames out with a tool and damaged them. I told him that he mutilated my frames. He got so angry, yelled at me and then threw my glasses on the ground. After that I was very nervous to return, but needed new nose pieces on glasses I had purchased from him which were still under warranty so I went.
