I strongly feel that everything happens for a reason in life! Presently, I am in therapy since a year and a couple of months. The words that I will describe the overall staff and place would be: enterprising, take-charge, energetic, driven, bold, dynamic, motivated, and a go-ahead positive vibes throughout my road of recovey. I would like to thank Dr. Blum, who is my direct physical therapist from day one. Words cannot depict this man character. He is very articulate and straight to the point all the time. Issac, Maldonaldo continues to play a vital and pivotal role in engaging all clients and providing an overall comprehensive service delivery to all clients. Rocco DeNobile deamenor attracts clients from a different standpoint which he utilizes a great deal of passion for all clients. Dr. Jones usually works on Saturday. First hand the Dr. provides an extensive overall support system to all clients from day one. Moving forward Administration staff: Jacel, Stephanie, and Tanya collectively they continue to communicate effectively amongs each other and other partners in order to provide the highest quality of service. I appreciate how far and beyond they assist all clients in getting what they need. Last but least, the support staff, Michelle and Natalie are very proactive, motivated, incentive, spark and spur, stimulant, and goad. On a daily basis they continue to collaborate and work with all clients engaging and implementing all pertinent paperwork and forms that are needed from client to Insurance companies. Wow, one more person to mention is Christen. Direct contact with him and the physical therapist. His role is major, main, key, salient, prime and dominant in order for the client to receive a clear and precise service delivery. Chris is very well- rounded and intuitive., he is cut from a cloth or fabric that engages all clients in which he overall provides a great relationship involving the client recovery process. I would highly recommend anybody who is reaching out for services a hundred percent referral. Overall the place is sanitized on a daily basis. They have plenty of rooms for new appointments to come in. My on going recovery process is a blessing because of Bronx Physical Therapy! I’ve been a patient of this location for 11 years. I’ve had 2 accidents back to back and because of this 9 orthopedic surgeries resulted from them. From the moment I walked in on January 2010, I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Isaac Maldonado has been my physical therapist for the length of my attendance and I wouldn’t have it any other way. He is caring, knowledgeable, and the best in the business. By this time we are more like family. The ladies and gentlemen that make sure that your experience wile receiving treatment make all the difference: Karla, Lucky, Natalie, Chris, Michelle, and Lisa are all wonderful together with the rest of the administrators including another great therapist named Rocco. During these hard times of the COVID virus, they take every measure to make sure that all patients are safe and they make sure that all equipment is clean and desinfected after every use. Also, they make sure that all staff and patients are following masking and social distance guidelines, this makes me feel safer receiving treatment at this facility. Of course, I hope that I do not suffer any other injuries, but no matter what they are, I will be returning to Bronx physical therapy. I do not waste any opportunity to let others know about my experiences at Bronx Physical Therapy and try to refer as many people as I can....

In September 2018 I was diagnosed with a 3rd grade hamstring tears in several muscles and tendons. I chose Bronx Physical therapy being as it was close to home. I was placed with Isaac Maldonado as my Physical therapist. Isaac was very knowledgeable in his field and demonstrated his extraordinary talents in strength and exercise. He kept me motivated to get better being as no surgery was required for my injury. I barely walked into the office and 9 months later Isaac had me working out and feeling stronger than I ever did in my life. I am now motivated to thrive in my exercise in the future, thank you Isaac for everything you have done!!! Along side Isaac he has a great professional team of physical therapy assistants that were so helpful with demonstration, advice, comfort, and were very knowledgeable of the field of Physical therapy as well. A big thank you to Christian, Justin,Samantha and Brandon. And lastly, the Administrative staff Donna, Michelle, Lisa, Joann, and all the other wonderful ladies in the front office.
