Our horse and carriage ride with Casper was amazing and very informative. Our tour guide was extremely professional and held open a great line of communication. The only downside is, for the price tag, we were expecting a more professional photo from a camera owned by the company, rather then using the customers phone from a far distance. I don’t think people should be charged 140 dollars for the CLASSIC TOUR: 45 Minutes With One Photo Stop At Cherry Hill, if the photo is coming from your own phone. That would mean the photo is not included, no matter how y’all wish to word it… Now you can get 2 stars. Casper isn’t my horse, it’s yours. You can’t find me by my profile name, seeing how I would have to use my real name, but I can go right into my msgs and say for sure Idris was the person who has a white horse by the name of Casper. I didn’t pull this out the bottom of my shoe. This is the company I used. Also after using this company, y’all sent me an email to leave this review. Also, I have a video like photo of said person referring to his own horse by that name. Now just for your response, I will not be using your company again, nor will I refer anyone else to your company.

We took the hour tour with Naim. When we arrived he wasn't there, but he called us to let us know he was running a few minutes late. Everything after was smooth sailing and we appreciated the curtesy call. Naim knows his stuff. I was hoping that he would point out different places around the park that were seen in entertainment just like when I took a carriage ride 20yrs ago, and he did not disappoint. He's filled to the brim (check out that spiffy stove-pipe hat) with facts... and they are up to date. We stopped a few times and Naim took our phone to take pictures of us at various locations. So you not only are getting a ride, but also a tour guide, and a photographer. Naim, remember, if you want to go to a place where cars aren't allowed and it's just bikes and horses, it's Mackinac Island. I highly recommend NYC Rides. We had a fantastic time. Ask for Naim and Bobby (our horse for the ride).

An Unforgettable Carriage Ride Experience! We had the most amazing horse drawn carriage ride through the park to celebrate our little one's birthday, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Our coachman was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience magical from start to finish. They shared fun and interesting facts throughout the ride, kept a perfect pace, and even took beautiful photos for us to remember the day. The kids were thrilled to feed Bella, the stunning and gentle horse who clearly receives exceptional care. The carriage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s obvious the coachman takes great pride in both their role and their presentation. This was more than just a ride, it was a memory we'll cherish forever. Highly recommend!
