One of the best things to happen to me this year was connecting with recruiter, Lisa Montalto, from The Chef Agency via LinkedIn. I only had one other experience working with a recruiter prior to this and it was not a good one, so I was hesitant when Lisa reached out to me but I decided it was worth hearing out and I am so very glad I did.
