Passport Picture place — Attraction in New York

The gentleman in there is RUDE. I inadvertently dropped his mirror because I turned it around to use to prepare to take a passport photo. I paid for the photo and offered to pay for the mirror. He just said to bring him back a mirror. I came back 20 min later, my photo wasn’t ready because I didn’t bring a mirror. I told him I would bring it back later in the day bec I was in a rush , a cranky toddler with me and I would have to check another store. He proceeded to say I have 10 min more to wait , so I can go find a mirror. Lucky for him I’m working on my emotional intelligence. I went to the dollar store next door and purchased two mirrors. He then said I bring him back cheap mirrors. He gave me my photos AFTER passing out photos to individuals that came after me. I will never go to this store again. I was there last year to have passport photos done for my son. No issues. A business shouldn’t hold up service for a mirror that I offered to pay for. And then complain about the cost when there nothing but discount stores in the community is egregious! And he didn’t give me back my change the photos were $17.32 and I gave him $18…

Im editing it to show what they did. I was at shop to print a document and had dofficulties sending it from my phone so the young guy (dont recall his name) took my phone to send the email to him. Next thing he ran downstairs with my phone on pretext he is coming right back. I was so MAD...I attempted to follow and the other guy said I cant go there. I kept shouting i neeeed my phone. I collected my phone and did a quick run through to ensure nothing was changed. I wasnt too worried since I have a lock on most of my apps that can only be opened by my fingerprints.

Long story short...all they needed was to ask me to write a review not take my phone and do it themselves...that is...

I went to get passport pictures here. They have the option of hard copies or a digital copy or both. The photographer gave clear instructions on how my head should be positioned before taking the picture. He even showed the picture to me before going to the next steps of processing and emailing it. I thought that was nice. My picture was processed while I waited. The whole encounter lasted about 25 minutes. It would have been less, had I gone in before rush hours. I would recommend this establishment for passport pictures. They offer other services as well, like printing, photography,...
