I am very disappointed with this organization, my first encounter was pleasant and my sales lady was very helpful. I ordered some items to be delivered in the Caribbean, the first problem was, they weren't delivered on time, when they eventually came, I didn't receive the fridge because they no longer had the one I ordered in stock. My question is why was it sold to me in the states if it's not in the warehouse. Due to a family emergency, I eventually had to travel to the country, when I got there after taking care of the family emergency, I visited the store and explained who I was along with my receipt from the states, I told them that I wanted to take another fridge and I would pay the difference if necessary because I really needed the item. I was told that they had to call the states to make sure that it was okay. I waited over half an hour in the store for someone to call back from the states to say that it was okay for me to do that. Eventually, I told the gentleman that this was ridiculous and I was leaving. He told me that he would get in touch with me in a day or two and took my numbers, after three days, I checked to see what was the status, they were unable to resolve my problem. I got mad and went and purchase a fridge elsewhere and decided I would go and get back my money when I returned to the states. I contacted them in person a week ago, and after waiting two hours, only to be told that they had to contact the store in the Caribbean to verify that I did not receive the fridge. Today, I called back and was told that the supervisor have to email the director before they can tell me anything. This company is so ridiculous, when they were taking my cash money, there was no issue and now they giving me all this go around when they were the ones at fault. I won't be doing any business with them again and I will discourage anyone that tells me they are going there to do business. I am accustom to either purchasing my stuff here and shipping them myself or I go to Singer and purchase whatever I need when I am in the Caribbean. I had recently purchase a sofa set and someone at the shippers had told me why I don't go to courts, they deliver right to the door and save myself the hassle, and that's the reason why I went....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had worst experience ever with is place I financed a sectional for what they told me it would be 999 it was post to be delivered on a Saturday they delivered it on a Monday at 8pm and it could not fit in my home the sales person that I purchased it from road with the delivery guy which I feel it was her husband and she charged me $250 for the delivery in which my husband had to help the person up the stairs with half of the sectional then once they came back down they said that had to call there breakdown guy to get the sectional in My Home he came 2 hours later and over the phone he told me the fee to break it down would be $200 in witch I told the seals person I did not have she said she would handle it took my $250 and left then text me 20 minutes later and told me to tell the guy I would give him the money Friday the guy came and took on look at the sectional and told me she told him it was a sofa and that it would coast mor money to break it down I immediately text her and realize she blocked me then I had to call her *67 she didnāt answer then she finally called my phone back and told the guy that she would pay half of it out of her pocket and for me to give him 200 doller that I already told her I did not have I had to ask to borrow the money then itās 11:30 pm the breakdown guy tells me his back is sprained and he wonāt be able to fix the sectional until the next morning and he wanted me to give him the money and he would come back and I said no the he was like give him half the money and he would come back in the morning he did keep his word I have the couch it was just all around shady Business very ghetto very unprofessional I do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorse store to buy from my family member purchase a 50'' Samsung Tv last year March from the Church Ave. branch to be collected in Junction St. Elizabeth Jamaica and it stop working on Feb 4 /2023 my brother took it back right away to the store in Jamaica i first spoke with Michelle whom i was transfer to as the the store manager, until this day we have been getting the run around first it was waiting on the technician then waiting on a parts, to waiting on a manager's decision now we are waiting on shipment with no date provided, now after our last conversation the store supervisor is oferring a cheaper brand TCL 40'' Tv which was refused by myself the warranty is runny out on the Tv and i am now convince that they are waiting on this to happen the supervisor Ashley is saying that she is unable to find a replacement Tv in all of Jamaica there is no 50'' Tv even in a different brand and only the 40'' TCL ln all of Jamaica courts store when i stated that i see Tv on the website she said that the website was incorrect that what is listed on there is not available now i know Courts is a reputable company and to know that this level of deception is happening to one of there loyal customer is unacceptable, also i am now finding out from the Junction branch that they cannot see any approval for a replacement Tv in there system.
