117 St and Liberty Ave in Richmond Hill have the rudest employees. One employee was on a break and completely ignored customers initially, that was okay at that point because he was on his break. Store customers, including myself, were waiting to return equipment for more than an hour.
After the employee on break returned, he called the only Spanish customer who had just walked in only 5 minutes before. After he served that one one customer, the employee went to the back room, proceeded to sit down and go on his phone for about 10-15 minutes He only came back out after a female representative went to the back room and asked why was she the only one helping customers. Everyone was still waiting. Being ignored.
When I was called up, I asked the same male representative if calling customers was on a first come, first serve basis, and he said yes, so then I asked why did he call and assisted the one Spanish guy like himself when the guy had just walked in, and everyone else was waiting... he had no response to that.
When I canceled my service Spectrum advised to either drop of my equipment at a location, or at a UPS location. I went to a UPS location yesterday, and they said since I don't have a label, that I should drop it off at a Spectrum location. Now Spectrum employees are making all the customers wait in the location. It should not be this complicated or time consuming to return equipment. Three employees are here in the store. I proceeded to her that she has a job because of us paying customers. She said “hol’up, i get chu someone else” which she walked away to get someone and then she didn’t. See when a person like me voices over she has no dominance like she had with my father then she tried avoiding me. Extremely rude, shes dealing with a senior citizen so if she can’t handle it, speak up and ask one of her co workers to deal with that type of customer. The whole store just has bad customer service, i am not looking or hoping to have anyone fired but a training in customer relations should be given. This is why T mobile is so successful because they are friendly and courteous.
