Radio City Box service, today, October 2, 2021, EXCEPTIONAL. The service provided today was a model for understanding and hearing the customer's situation.

We bought tickets for an upcoming show, and learned a few hours later, that a family member traveling from out of state was arriving on the day for which the tickets were purchased.

We returned to the box office to see what could be done. They explained that tickets were non refundable and could not be exchanged. We thought that would be the case. However, we shared we were there hours earlier and shared our situation. The box office accommodated! Thank you Radio City for bringing forth the holiday...

We bought 10 tickets for the Christmas spectacular (over $2,000). Would have been our 5th time going. Unfortunetly my daughter got terribly sick and 5 of us can no longer make the trip to NY, but there is no way to sell our tickets through Ticketmaster. Says "Resale for this event has not been turned on by the Event Organizer". My sisters family is still going but we are out $1,000 for the other 5 tickets we can't use. Merry...
