NBC must have a lot more productivity now that this gorgeous coffee shop exists right next-door. The menu has very specific descriptions of all the drinks offered, including the Kyoto, the Spanish and the dark latte. I asked if the Kyoto latte was strong- I was kindly given the truth. so I went with the dark, as I wanted something chocolatey. (It’s a mocha.) This is not an aggressive mocha. It is not insanely chocolatey. But it has just enough chocolate flavor with the perfect density of foam to truly mellow out the flavors within. Such a good drink- so good I drank the entirety of my cup before I left. Might be my new haunt.

Update: after several visits I can truly say this place is my favorite! Felix makes a mean latte 💖 and his colleagues do too. I’m a fan of the Spanish latte now- not as sweet but just as smooth in flavor. Also: the coffee is never burnt - Felix says it’s due to the rigorous roasting process at Arabica. This is one of the best coffee shops I have ever visited! I love this place and it’s become a daily place I go to. Lauren at the register was super professional, she kindly explained the different drinks you have and the selection of pastries.

I was really stunned by the staff! This has to be one of the friendliest cafes in the city, by far! They all had smiles and despite it being super busy treated everyone with patience.

Carmen behind the counter made an excellent White Mocha, the milk was perfectly frothed. Emma made my friend’s pour over, and she loved it, she told me it was one of the most vibrant coffees she’s had recently.

All the staff deserves a raise by how friendly they make this place.

The shop is also incredibly clean and well kept. Excellent decor and fabulous seating!

I walked in, I ordered iced Spanish latte and she made hot Spanish latte so I had to wait until she prepares the iced one. While I was waiting I wanted to use the toilet and it was 5:50 pm the girl literally jumped infront of me and disrespectfully said” it is closed” and she locked the door I told her “that is rude by the way!” Because the way she jumped infront of me and the way she spoke to me was rude.

She replied “ no it is not rude” the toilet is already cleaned and you can’t use it” This is the policy , I am not rude, the company is!

Her colleague was trying to clam her down but she kept saying “ I don’t care”
