The MLB Flagship Store is an absolute paradise for baseball fans and collectors alike! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a vibrant atmosphere filled with the spirit of America's favorite pastime. The expansive selection of exclusive merchandise is truly impressive, featuring everything from jerseys and hats to unique collectibles that you simply won’t find in any other sports store. Each MLB team is well-represented, and the variety is astonishing—whether you're a die-hard fan of the Yankees, Red Sox, Dodgers, or any other team, you'll find something that speaks to you. The quality of the merchandise is top-notch, showcasing authentic materials and designs that reflect the teams' rich histories. What sets this store apart is not just the merchandise but the experience itself. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They genuinely share your passion for the game and are eager to discuss the latest team news and stats. Additionally, the store regularly hosts events, such as player signings and special promotions, which adds another layer of excitement for fans. Whether you’re looking to grab a gift, add to your collection, or deck yourself out in team gear, the MLB Flagship Store is the ultimate destination. Highly recommended for any...

This is a 2- Floor Store. You enter in on the ground floor. This floor has a few jerseys, buttons and pins, and other accessories. I think it's a pretty good assortment, so because we are in New York don't imagine you would see too many things from the west side. The staff members are all extremely friendly and know exactly where everything is. Once you go down the stairs, if which is he did not go downstairs physically there is an elevator, you will find more jerseys and shirts and jackets. The bottom floor seems to be where more of the children and the women's clothing are. Men's clothing is of course throughout the store. On the bottom floor there's also a customisation area for jerseys, and jerseys only! The process takes maybe around 20 to 30 minute, bill is there other people in front of you it is of course longer. I got a customized Jersey and it took about 45 minutes because there were 2 other people in front of me. I decided to just roam around the streets for a little bit until my time, and I came just in time to see them finish my shirt is pretty cool. All in all I'd highly recommend you go to the store if you are a tourist for a seriously...

As a big baseball fan and Yankees fan i couldn’t help but feel let down when i left the MLB store. This wasn’t because the store lacked in WBC or MLB merchandise, collectibles or signed goods it was because the way i had felt the staff had treated me during my visit. It made me regret my experience at the MLB store since the staff had treated me so poorly. Upon entry to MLB i was instructed i could not touch any merchandise by the staff upon entry ; as well as during my visit i was constantly being followed during my time there. It had felt weird and uncomfortable for me but i had figured hey they must just being doing their jobs and that’s MLB business procedures despite being uncomfortable for guests. That was until i had visited the NBA store in Manhattan in that store i was treated completely differently by the staff . The staff greeted with smiles and great attitudes and an eagerness to answer any questions of mine. This was the unfortunately the complete opposite to the MLB store. The MLB store made me feel uncomfortable at my visit it is making me rethink my relationship with this brand. The MLB...

As you'd expect the flagship store would be a bit expensive. That said there are some deals to be found. On the lower level of the store there were 2 clearance racks where I was able to find a deal on a Rockies t-shirt. That was a win to me. That said if you want a replica jersey or something that's close to $200 which is too rich for my blood. The theming is on point for an MLB store. On the lower level there's some cool memorabilia for sale in addition to one of the Gold Glove awards on display. Pretty cool to see. For those with mobility issues be aware this is a 2 level store but there is an elevator available. Its was cool to go in but I didn't notice much that you wouldn't be able to find buying direct from your favorite team's team shop. One thing to keep in mind is that since the store is in NY Mets and Yankees gear is much more plentiful than other teams. That being said there was gear of all teams there.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions to our inquiries. One bad experience began when we noticed that Anthony Rizzo was there for a meet and greet (which you had to pay for). Not a problem, but my husband was just looking around the barrier that was erected for the "paying" guests when I'm guessing a guard of some sort, or an MLB rep was very rude to him. He wasn't asked to move, he was literally yelled at and told to get out. You can see this rude person in the left of the picture. Can’t even see my husband who WASN’T intrusive at all. The MLB store staff member there was very apologetic. I thanked her. We made our purchase and left. If not for that, this would be five stars.
