RH Outlet Brooklyn — Attraction in New York

This is a very functional showroom for final sale and last call items from Restoration hardware. It's not the typical designer vibes you'll get at the flagship stores (i. E. there's no brunch and no bar lol). However, There are some steep discounts relative to their full retail price. The selection is obviously random, and sometimes only 1 piece of a kind is available. They have a holding system where you can place a hold on an item you want and you'll have 2 hours to redeem your hold and make the purchase. Shipping is through a third party ($$) or you can choose to Do It Yourself like I did: the U-Haul is a 10 min bike ride away or a short cab ride.

Found the hard to get cloud sofa here and luckily made our hold/purchase just before a few other couples arrived. #victory

Beautiful furniture, well organized space and amazing people at RH Outlet. Haven’t found my piece yet but Argenis and Dena were so helpful in answering all my questions. Will def be back regularly to check on inventory.

Update: after several visits, I realized the prices are marked down 40% from the original price, not members price. Considering these are either slightly damaged, returns, and you are stuck with the color, fabric or configuration option. For me, the difference was not enough to settle for a sofa which I will use for years to come. I also spoke to other interior designers and after much research, I bought made in USA sofa elsewhere in the exact color and design I love for far less than what I expected to spend at R&H Outlet.

Knowing what I know now, would I still recommend to try going out there? Maybe, just to see for yourself. Would I ever go back for any...

Me and my wife are big RH fans...we have a couple of furniture pieces throughout our home. After the queens outlet location closed we usually shopped the outlet in Jersey. This one was so much closer to home. We put our name on a call back list for the porthole bar and got a call within 2 weeks! We missed out on this bar 2 years ago in the Tanger outlets RH. We love RH but some stuff at regular price can hurt your pockets. Needless to say we went straight to the store to pick it up. Shout out to the manager Jerome and the staff that helped wrap and pack the bar into the van. Special thanks to Jack (the up and coming actor) who helped me get the piece home on his own time.
