Industry City Courtyard 1/2 — Attraction in New York

Cool outdoor seating area for family & friends gathering, they have big sandbox for kids and some other installations. I went there for a private affair. There was a huge tent with lights and music outside with a beautiful breeze. There was a bbq and tables and chairs. It was set up very nicely. Plenty of street parking in the evening after regular business hours and the stores were all closed. Since i was at a large party it was very accommodating to everyone. This review is specific to the attempted festival held in this space. No one with over a few hundred people or more than a dozen tents/vendors should ever attempt to hold an event in this space. To paraphrase Scent of a Woman: It's too dam small, it's too dam packed & I'm too dam fancy to fight lines of literally a hundred people for access to each tent.
