George and his crew were simply amazing. I called on Thursday night at 6pm to set up an appointment to come and give me a quote on repairing 4 of my bay windows that needed to be replaced. He literally came that night (it was convenient for me) he showed up at 6:30pm took measurements and sent me a quote that night. The price was reasonable and shockingly affordable. I agreed to the price and they came the NEXT day FRIDAY at 3:10pm to install the windows. They stayed till 7:30pm and completed the REMOVAL AND installation of all four windows. I was amazed. I couldn’t believe that this happened. I’m still shocked. After renovating my apartment downstairs everything took months to get done, even weeks to get a quote. George and his crew were on time, respectful, clean and most importantly professional and really a breathe of fresh air after all I’ve been through. I used Safebuddy for 2 different window repair projects. Since their first visit, I was pretty sure they were going to be our go-to window repair company. They are the most professional window repair company I’ve contacted over the past year. They are thoughtful, professional, and skilled.

To highlight some of what I experienced •they clearly communicated with me and our building staff, •their assessments are thorough (some companies just glance at a window and put dollar signs in the invoice), •they explained the issue to us in a way we would understand, •they were well focused in their work, •wore booties at all times inside our apartment, and •they brought protective cloth for their tools even for a ‘small’ job. UPDATE: I contact the company after their response to my negative review and they were genuinely willing to remediate the situation and make me a happy customer. On our next scheduled appointment, they were very prompt, professional, and got the job done. I was please with their service and very impressed with their willingness to do right by a customer.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I contacted this company to install child-proof window guards for my tenant. I communicated that I have a difficult tenant, I have a court-ordered dates to get the work done, it cannot be just any date. The person I communicated with seemed understanding and flexible. We made arrangements, I got a confirmation for the appointment. They NEVER SHOWED UP. No text, no email, no apology. I left a voicemail - nothing.
