They do beautiful work, however it is so uncleanly and horrible. Don’t get your eyebrows done there because they reuse the strips:

Although they do beautiful work, if you have on previous acrylics they will rip them off your nails with a metro card and won’t try to loosen it up first.

While I was there the lady cut me and continued working while there was blood on my finger although a small amount she continued to work and threw the tools back in her drawer

When I got my eyebrows done, she redipped the sticks in the pots more than once.

Anyone who knows anything about cosmetology with an actual license knows that this is a violation and although I’m not the “law” like you said I do know that this is unsanitary. And yes I left happy with my results however if you want to risk a infection due to their uncleanliness by all means go.

I’ve taken about a month to wait before I left this review. I have been a customer for about three years very consistent with my appointments book in advance always on time. Never miss an appointment, etc. however, I finally decided to leave the salon because the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I don’t wanna say the names, but I did see one of the most experienced Nail Tech at the salon and it was very unpredictable when it came to her mood. It was not pleasant at all. After talking to some of my personal friends about my experience, they tell me the same thing. This is why they do not go to the salon because they are not friendly, nobody greets them And it’s very sad because my nails were done. Absolutely perfect each and every time never had any complaints always trusted her with my nails I will admit it’s not the cleanest, but it was not terrible. But it was the attitude in the demeanor that completely turned me off. Wish them the best of luck, but I will no longer be spending my money at this...

First time here and was looking forward to it after reading reviews. I had dip powder and was switching to gel manicure. The removal process was rush and so my nails were over-filed to the point that they were thin, and the polish and light burned. I wasn’t notified of the $8 removal fee until the end of the manicure. My nails were filed crooked after finally growing them out long. My pinky nail was filed completely to the side making it look crazy. The paint is lumpy, my nails were filed at completely different lengths, and the edges are SHARP. It’s so embarrassing... The tech was sweet, however, the loud yelling and chatter between staff was unprofessional and distracting her. It was clear she was inexperienced and it is the manager’s fault for not supervising yet still charging full price to get experimented on. I’ve never had a badly done gel manicure before this experiences.

UPDATE: Not even 1 day later, my nail broke because of how fragile and thin she made my nails....
