5 year update: I was going to let this go because I've been using their service for 5 years and I LOVE my pick-up/delivery driver Gene! But, I just found another piece of ruined clothing from my last order, so I have to say something.
2 weeks ago, I placed an order and separated all my clothes by color (as I always do). My laundry notes say to separate everything and I was charged for separation on my bill. When I got my clothes back, my whites (several items worn only once) were GREY. I called and was told even if I brought them back myself, they couldn't fix it without talking to the manager, but they would have him call me. He never called, and I tried again and still no call. $80 sweater, $60 shirt, and a shirt that wasn't expensive but that I love and isn't sold anymore. I took the items to a family member's home to try to get the grey out myself, and unfortunately they couldn't be saved. I went out of town the next day, and decided to just let it go.
Came home from my trip, and went to put the clothes from that wash away and saw even my light colored clothing was tinged grey from black dye. That means all the clothes that I had pre-separated for them were dumped into ONE wash. And all my light colored clothing are ruined too. I'm furious. The cherry on top is that I was charged for separation on my bill and THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEPARATE THE CLOTHES. I've really enjoyed the service over the years, and I'm pained that I have to go back to dropping off my laundry somewhere else. But, I am done with SI Laundry.
Just tried this delivery service for the first time (I normally do drop off and pick up near my home in New Springville).
Scheduling, Modifying, and Cancelling the appointment was seamless through a mobile friendly online portal. Updates are received via email and text (only feedback is that I had to call after a few hours to find out if mt same day pick up was confirmed, but hey, I got a same day appt so I'm not complaining).
Once confirmed, my laundry was picked up within 20 minutes of the scheduled 6pm pick up time.
I received a call at 3pm next day letting me know my laundry was ready. I was able to pay right over the phone, and include tip (received 20% discount for booking online so I gave it back in the tip). I was asked what time i wanted for drop off, and was able to get the latest time (6:30pm). They were ok with me not being home to receive the delivery.
When I arrived home, I was pleasantly surprised!!! I always pre-sort my laundry by color and wash type (normal vs. Delicate), but I forgot to tell them which items were hang dry. When i got home, i found most (if not all) of my hang dry items were hanging and covered in clear dry cleaners bags!!! Such a nice surprise. I haven't put anything away yet, so I'll update once I do, but overall I'm so HAPPY with this experience and will be setting up recurring appts moving forward.

Read moreEdited 9/2025: The staff here have been much nicer on my most recent visits. Under the new management they no longer give a free wash with 10 loads via a punch card. There is one woman in particular who smiles, and makes me feel welcome. While the same machines steal quarters I am not made to feel like a liar or thief. Earlier review Summer 2020: It’s 95 degrees outside and they don’t have the A/C on. No employees are wearing masks. One Door is open and the fans are on but it’s hotter than hell. In fact I’ve never seen the A/C on in once in the last 2 summers. It’s always cold in the wintertime cuz the back door is frequently left open due to the deliveries being loaded. Machine 9 always steals a quarter from me, and often machine 11 does as well. The girls manning the fort rarely wear mask and when they do it’s below their noses, they are hot and cold and heaven forbid if you ask for a quarter slug to replace one that the machine stole.
