I really was SURPRISED.. I always liked the Hylan Tjmaxx... rode the S79 from Bklyn.. what a total disappointment!!! No new handbags...unless you like cheap PLEATHER from Aldo or Stevie Madden.. plus..the jewelry counter is a FABULOUS FAKE.. selling knock-offs... their stock was all PAST SEASON....and I hadn't been there since June..after I had a problem returning a light weight spring/summer I bought there..the cashier was telling anothet employee she was "learning to speak German"..while telling me that the $35. sweater I bought was in a 4 pack of PHILOSOPHY brand sweaters..she lied.. I would NEVER spend that much money on a summer sweater..When I bought it.. I felt that it was worth it..because it was quality.. someone like to swap quality for AMAZON BASICS...the cashier actually had the Manager tell me "she will let me return it this time".." but don't do that again".. I HONESTLY had no idea what she was talking about.. I don't TAG SWITCH EVER !!! Plus the fact that one time... I left my crappy cell there...they all played DUMB... Some people got ISSUES..Keep up the Bad attitudes and jokes... I won't be back.. as for the CRUSTY cashmere.. those sweaters are NOT all cashmere.. more like...

Have been here several times with my wife and have seen the gentleman behind the counter ignore customers and be outwardly rude to them. he has screamed at my wife and honestly, it's just truly unbelievable that someone llike this is able to have a job working with people. There is a picture of him up on Yelp under a review from a young woman who had a bad experience with him also (i've tried to upload it here but it doesn't seem to be working). I don't know if he is some sort of manager or assistant manager to be on such a crazy power trip or what his deal is. corporate needs to completely get rid of everyone in this store, i once tried to motion to the MANAGER manager (Miss Kay, I believe) that this gentleman was unbelievably rude, and she was so dismissive and unpleasant. To anyone else having an issue with these people, CALL CORPORATE and COMPLAIN! I left a complaint this morning and will continue to do so ANY time my wife has an issue with them....

I think they were trying to punish their employees and customers, though, as the indoor heat was unbearable. No air circulation. I thought I was going to pass out until I found a chair in the shoe section piled high with baby clothes to rest on.
Checkout line was moving slow and the cashier asked us about getting a rewards card no less than six times. “It only takes two minutes!” Will be etched in my mind forever. I think she just wanted us to suffer as much as she was.
Two minutes is an eternity in purgatory.
Then we were asked for a dollar to help the children. More children could be helped if fans were placed strategically throughout the facility. Alas, the children accompanying their mothers to find clearance pet toys with broken squeakers had already abandoned all hope.
