I was so excited to see how this legend was being honored. I was left baffled, and disappointed. I should have known better when there seemed to be little talk of it and literally nobody queued outside. This is a very small, one room exhibit that is most definitely not worth $40 for 30 minutes. My appointment was at 6pm and I arrived at 6:15pm. (it's NY, and it happens). Most places have an arrival window but not here, so arrive on time. The door was closed but someone else knocked so I managed to speak to the young lady who seemed hesitant to allow me in. When she did, she gave us 20 minutes to view despite the fact that there were only 3 patrons inside that were close to leaving, and the next group was not due until 7pm. It did feel rushed. When I was coming out there were 2 others who arrived late for the 6pm as well who simply stood outside waiting because the door was closed and one of the employees who exited the building earlier did not have the courtesy to ask what booking they were waiting for or offer any guidance..(You cannot tell who the employees are vs who the patrons are). One girl asked if she could join the 7pm and was told no. They were advised to email them to see if they will reschedule. There is very little guidance on their website. I love Biggie, but there is dire need for improvement if this project plans to be permanent. The photo ops are nice but again, but it seems more staged than authentic. For example it's "not really" his bedroom and it's "not really" his shoes..etc. I should also mention that prior to the visit, an email was sent to obtain ticket costs/ entry for children, but it went unanswered. While there, we asked, and the girl said the cost is $40 per child "as long as they...

One of the most powerful parts of the evening was The Law Art Exhibit by Laurens Jansen. Every piece was hand-drawn in pencil, yes, pencil!
