Ultimate State Deli — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a Turkey BLT with russian dressing. The men were very nice when making the sandwich and it was quick. 5 minutes later I realized they gave me a turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo. No biggie; it happens.

So I go back to the store with the sandwich and respectfully ask them to make what I ordered. The men then started arguing with me about what I said and refused to make me a new sandwich. I worked in a deli for 4 years. I know what i ordered and i couldnt believe they would tell me what I said as if I was a child (I’m 28). They then leaned into the fact they didn’t speak English well to avoid having a conversation. After standing there trying to argue for about 5 min I just left as I knew I was wasting my time.

I don’t ever write negative reviews for businesses. Today I made an exception bc these guys are scumbags and literally just took my money. I recently had my EBT card skimmed for around 450$ here, I believe. It was the only place I had used my card. I made a purchase worth around 40$ then my account said, I made a purchase of 450$ the same day (took all the funds for food for the month basically ) This really breaks my heart because 1. That's food money taken away from my son and 2. This Deli is a great Deli in terms of workers and food. I've never had this happen to me before, and I don't want it to happen to anyone else, so I am debating on making a police report which sucks. Late for work. Decided to get a sandwich from this well stocked store. But as usual with these places. They want to make your sandwich the way they wanna make it. I asked the guy for maple glazed and he tried to sneak and give me regular turkey. And then got mad and loudly complained to his co-worker about how turkey is turkey what's the difference.
