Ordered one appetizer and two mains. Shio ramen came out reasonably fast, but really lacked any bold flavors. Quite bland and unimpressive for $17. Then we waited, and waited, and waited some more. Finally half an hour after the first ramen dish was served we received the other main and our appetizer. Along the way a bunch of orders for other tables were accidentally sent to our table. The restaurant wasn’t really that slammed with orders, they just weren’t organized. At least they comped the two late dishes, but only after being asked to.

New ramen joint in the neighborhood and really hit the spot. My favorite was the spicy tonkotsu ramen that had great complex flavors. Tried thenthuk noodle soup for the first time and liked it as well. We were not a big fan of the beef momo as the meat tasted like a hamburger. For the service — the staff was really nice, but kept getting orders vs tables confused. Also when the staff pour water, the water pitcher touched the cup so I’d suggest the staff be trained to not do that as it’s unsanitary.

A welcome addition to the neighborhood, we love having a place like this on this stretch of Atlantic. Calm ambience inside, but very spacious! Very nice service, prompt, and clean and cute inside. We enjoyed our noodles in particular the thenthuk with pork. Massive noodle portions - we were stuffed! The beef momos maybe aren’t quite what you can get in Jackson Heights but hits the spot without the long trip out. Looking forward to a return trip to try the other ramens on the menu!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5-Star Review for Ramen Thukpa – Brooklyn 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you’re craving comfort in a bowl and kindness in the air, Ramen Thukpa in Brooklyn is a must-visit gem. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel like family. The staff goes above and beyond—not just attentive, but truly caring. You can feel their passion in every interaction and every steaming bowl they serve.

The atmosphere is cozy, colorful, and unmistakably authentic. It’s like stepping into a Himalayan home, where the aromas of slow-simmered broth and fresh herbs wrap around you like a hug. There’s a peaceful buzz to the place—conversation, laughter, and slurping noodles all blending into the perfect backdrop.

Now, the food: absolutely unforgettable. The Thukpa is rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with love and tradition. Every spoonful tells a story. Whether you’re a ramen lover or trying it for the first time, this spot delivers an experience that hits all the right notes.

Ramen Thukpa isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a soulful escape with phenomenal food and five-star service. Can’t wait to come back. Highly,...

Found this new gem by chance while en route to another spot. We did not have to wait and got a nice booth right away. The ambiance is nice, bright and spacious. The booths are very wide and big, the sounds on point, the service superb. They’ve been open 2 months and still waiting for liquor license so I reckon by the time that comes it will be so popular for the neighborhood folks. They’ve food was amazing. We started with gyoza and wontons in chili oil. The wantons are small and super flavorful which I love a good bite size. The gyoza is the best we have tasted thus far. I had the tantanmen ramen, and let me say it was outstanding. My girlfriend had the spicy tonkotsu and really enjoyed it. They were so attentive and wanted us to have the best experience. Definitely on our list...

If you’re hunting for a ramen spot that delivers pure flavor heaven in every bite—look no further than this incredible gem in Downtown Brooklyn.

Let’s talk favorites—because I have so many! The pork buns? Unreal. Soft, pillowy perfection wrapped around juicy, savory pork that melts in your mouth. The crab rangoon is next-level—crispy, golden on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside with that subtle seafood kick. But the stir-fry ramen? Mwah! Absolute finger-licking magic. This is the kind of place that makes you want to try everything on the menu—because you just know it’s all going to be amazing. I’ll be back again… and again…...
