The hall is small and intimate. It gave the audience the perfect view of the stage regardless of where you were standing. The staff were very, very friendly and well mannered. They made everyone feel welcomed without being awkward. The staff made sure that everyone's safety was considered while not imposing their will onto everyone.
The pictures included in this review are from the VANNER (kpop group) concert held on January 19, 2020. Everything was well organized from moment fans entered till it was time for everyone to leave including the group performing. The staff allowed the fans and artist to acrually form mini bonds with each other unlike other venues. While everything was on a time schedule, no one was rushed or made ro feel uncomfortable.
