The Hole is a great little spot in the East Village. I love checking in as often as possible as their shows change regularly. Some favorites in the past few years have been Vanessa Prager, the joyfully off-the-wall Jaimie Warren, mind blowing Holton Rower, and their current (and simply stunning/creative/all of the feelings) Adam Parker Smith. I appreciate art but am by no means well versed. I find their staff to be incredibly informative, helpful, and art lovers themselves. It's nice to interact with people who believe in what they do and are attempting, in their own way, to make the world a more beautiful and creative place.
