I called and a gentleman answered the phone who was very polite. I told him I wanted to bring my daughter in for a nose piercing and he said I can come right away. When we entered, we were not greeted. Instead, there was a Hispanic lady sitting with a toddler staring at my 16 year old daughter like if there was an issue. She stared at her from when we entered and turned around to stare at her when we walked pass. She seemed to work there as she was belting out orders to the staff. I was told I couldn’t go in the room with my daughter as she got pierced although technically she is a minor. The piercer was nice but she didn’t wipe the area prior to piercing. She didn’t make a marking and ask my daughter if she liked the location. I guess they don’t want anyone in the room because they are used to doing non sense. She was quick which was nice but she also didn’t give any advice for aftercare at all. Professionalism and bedside manners clearly do not matter at this shop. They also charge $25 to use the hun and $50 for a nose piercing with a needle. I had to tell her to use the needle as she didn’t give an option. She went straight for the gun. This woman manipulated me and took my money unfairly. I came into her shop because I needed help putting in ear jewelry on a recently pierced tragus. When I told her, she took a look at my ear and stated she can do it. Then, she told me that she charges first and then performs the service afterwards. I sent her the $10 through Apple Pay to her phone. She then sat me down at her chair in a room and then sprayed the jewelry I brought from home with some saline solution. Clearly my ear was irritated yet she tried jabbing in jewelry into the piercing. She then proceeded to tell me that she cannot put the jewelry in. This woman was aware of the condition of my ear beforehand and a keloid is easy to recognize at first glance. She manipulated me by telling me she is able to perform the task and then refused to give me back the money after irritating my ear even more. She did not commit any form of service for me. When I called later to speak with her about this, I was blocked. I called on another phone and was blocked again. She is the manager of this establishment and was highly unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been so disappointed...

This is the worse experience I’ve ever had w anyone 🤦🏾‍♀️he told me 100$ for a back dermal and charge my card 210$ then told me I would be getting numbing cream but he did it without . In total he charged my card 262$ for the dermal and a nose piercing as for the nose piercing he didn’t mark a spot nn I asks if he could and he was rude about it saying I should do it my self . When it’s time the do my nose he messed it up and was ignorant about it 🤦🏾‍♀️wanted to do it again nn I said no , I left w my nose half pierced cause the jewelry didn’t go through and mind you he used the wrong jewelry, he used a earring rather than a nose ring 🙄 now there is a big hole on my nose where he attempted to pierce .There was so much happening I just had to leave before I did something I might regret .
