Never going there again! PUT YOUR COMPLAINTS IN WRITING PEOPLE because they donât understand customer service or ethics! The manager & male assistant is rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, dismissive and unprofessional! I donât know who told these foreigners that itâs okay to treat certain people differently while working in their community, itâs immoral and has been going on for decades! I checked my jacket & bags, shopped, left Queens! When I went to take my keys out of my pocket, I noticed the snap was popped open! I called Rainbow, no answer so I went back days later to speak to a manager. The male asst too me when to come back, so I did! I informed the manager, next she rudely told me it never happened, why didnât I call right away & come back because none of her employees would never do that and then she said something about they wouldnât steal (which I never accused him of) and so on with a nasty attitude and look! The male assistant was also chiming in as if he had the facts! I had to let her know that it wasnât about money and nothing was taking so donât misconstrue my words! She never asked to see the jacket, she kept interrupting me as I tried to explain and she was very dismissive and adamant about it not happening, so I said to her what reason would I have to lie on him about my jacket being damaged by the bag handler! NONE! There was no reason for her to escalate the situation, especially being that a simple apology wouldâve been enough! I guess one canât expect that from people who really have no moral compass or true genuine interest in my community other than a paycheck!    Read moreDonât even want to give this place a one star, they deserve zero. Went in to return a dress I bought. I was in a rush to purchase a dress to wear for the holidays after returning home I noticed the dress had a small pull. I was not able to wear the dress so I went in to return it today. The tags and plastic straps were still on the dress and I let the cashier and her manager know that I wanted to return the dress because of the pull. They accused me of wearing the dress and telling me that there were stains on the dress. I asked her to show me where the stains were and neither of them were able to do that. I have also been there multiple times purchasing different items and seen them refuse to return other customers items as well. They always do this at this location. I will not be shopping here again. Who ever the district manger is here needs to get more educated and people with customer service experience to work here.
UPDATED REVIEW: I called the number for customer service and gave the code like you said to do so. The customer service agent have no idea of what the code was.
