RUN! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to this place to get a frame for my oil canvas painting for my husband as his Christmas gift. The boss showed me recommended frames with a liner for my oil canvas. After we agreed to a frame and liner which was over $600 total I left. I went to pick up my painting today (3 weeks later) and when I came home I realized there was no liner, just the frame. I called him back immediately and he said he does not recall me asking for the liner, even though I only looked at frames WITH liners the ENTIRE time, and to bring it back in to get fixed.... however, after I leave for a second time he tells me that I need to pay an additional $200 for the liner EVEN though he told me he would fix it without having to pay anymore. After I told him I could not afford another $200 because the price we agreed on initially should have included the liner he told me that he was going to take the frame off my canvas and refund me. Now my husband will have nothing to open on Christmas. This place has horrible customer service. They are not willing to work with you and will lie to make the story fit their story line making you look like the idiot. HORRIBLE. DO...

Custom framing can be expensive so we bought a nice frame from an art supply store and just brought it to have a mat board custom cut and the art finished. When we brought in the frame with the art, the people that worked there judged us so hard for the frame that we brought and made us feel bad for not buying a custom frame from them that would have cost 3x what we paid for ours. They told us it would be ready by the next day (Saturday). Told them we wouldn’t be around until Monday, they said fine. Then on Wednesday we go to pick it up, the mat board hadn’t been cut and the piece looked like it hadn’t been touched in the 5 days they had it. They claimed they didn’t have mat board (mind you they’re a frame shop…) until today, but definitely seemed like they had completely forgotten about it all together. Based on their lack of professionalism over the whole ordeal, we surely won’t be returning with our business. There are plenty of other frame...

They are the best of the best. If you’re looking for a special piece of art or just a momentum framed they will take the same amount of time and care to find just the right frame and execution. They have framed both large pieces 6’x4’, original photographs, oil and watercolor - always perfect. Wade is a true artist, definitely ask for his opinion - he just may steer you in a totally different direction, which for me worked out beautifully! I have used several framers in my years but am truly thankful to have found Wade Maxx. They have also reframed some of both mine and my daughters pieces and truly turned them into a totally new...
