I was so excited when I got there. My wife has been wanting a pair of Rothy's sandals for a long time now. I was a little disappointed that when I got there, they're were 2 sales ladies helping customers. I tried approaching one of them but as I approached the lady she just walked by me like I wasn't even there. I waited for a few minutes and watched as she attended people that entered the location after me. I was about to get upset and say something to her in a nice way of course when Tiana came out from the storage area, saw me waiting and came right to me and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and within 5 mins I was walking out the door with one of my wife's Christmas gifts. I will continue to shop there but I will definitely be looking for Tiana to help me. The staff are genuinely helpful and kind, going out of their way to assist me at times and always making me feel as though my call is warmly welcomed. They also have an exceptional understanding of the product they’re selling and have consistently given me expert advice regarding fit and color matches. That’s especially impressive when you consider that we’re speaking on the phone! My overall impression is that the manager(s) of this store takes a lot of pride in what they do and that this is emulated by all of the employees. Read moreTerrible and racist customer service. I visited the Upper West Side store with my mom on October 6th around 5PM. There were two female staff members. One of them kept cutting me talk when I asked to try some shoes. When I asked if there are other colors of the mule I was trying on. She kept cutting me off and said she could not understand what I was saying. Very rude and racist towards me and my mom. Did not offer us to have a seat unlike other white customers.
