Hi I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but with this bank I had to say what happened to me so it won’t. Happen to anyone else !! I car on a Saturday to get a roll of quarters so I can do laundry I waited in line and when it was my turn the lady asked me what can I do for you and I said I would like to get change she told me what business are you coming from and I said this has nothing to do with the business and she said well I can’t give you any quarters or any change if you’re not a customer of ours I never knew that a bank can’t give any kind of change if you’re not banking with them this is the first time I hear it I have done it multiple times with other banks !! But Honestly the reason for me leaving this review is not because of the bank not give me quarters is because I asked her is there a policy on that saying that banks can give out any kind of change to any customer!! And she just said I can’t give you anything !! It really felt like Discrimination but I really can’t say this because I don’t like to talk about that topic !! I asked again if they had a policy or if there is a rule that a bank can’t give change out to anyone and then she changed her mind and said how much do you want and before I even answered she said our change have to last us till Thursday!!! I said to her What ?????and I just shook my head and walked away !!!! I won’t come back to this bank for sure !! And I would definitely keep any eye on they way these bankers treat...
Read moreDo not use this ATM! I went to make a cash deposit only for the machine to tell me an error occurred and to give me a receipt without giving me my money back. I went to the counter and was told the branch does not service the ATM's and that I'd need to call customer service to open a claim. I called customer service and was told the claim was open and that it would take 3-5 business days to receive a provisional credit which may or may not even be my full deposit amount! Not so ideal when you have bills due!
It's funny how when you make a mistake and pay a bill late, you're penalized, but when the bank makes a mistake on their end, you're told to wait and be patient.
