Is it possible to give a less that 1 star review? Haha. I ordered a company lunch 2 days in advance with all of the sandwiches and meats and veggies I wanted for 10 people. I specified the time I wanted to pick up and that I needed a receipt for the company. I paid over the phone that day. When I went to pick it up two days later they had no record of the order and nothing prepared. The owner was called and he told the employees to do the order then and there, but they couldn't give me a receipt and they did nothing to make it right. The order took about 20-30 minutes and I was very late to the meeting. I asked one of the employees to have the owner call me to figure out a solution to the problem later that week and he never called or reached out in any way. I just called the store and they said there was nothing...

This location is terrible. If i could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an online order, and had to put half of my sandwich in the “special instructions” and none of it was correct. When i called back to ask for a different sandwich made I was basically told “I’m not going to give you a new sandwich because it didn’t have Buffalo sauce on it”. She read off my special instructions to me and basically admitted that she did not read them and that it was somehow my fault. I have had problems before with this location, mainly with the woman who i assume is the “manager”. She was rude to both me and my boyfriend and made the experience that much worse. We put in an online order and the website was having severe issues. I drove 20 minutes and got there before the order finished processing. The order came in and they started it, then someone else came in and they stopped my order, knowing I was here and took their order and made it and are just now getting back to ours. Three employees, but only one working the line until after the the gal finished the other peoples order. One person came to help finally. Then they didnt even say sorry for the delay.
