There is a very nice parking area, with easy access to a viewing deck overlooking the entrance to Yaquina Bay, and the bridge. Nice visual aids at this location too. Turn around, and there is the lighthouse and trails leading up to it. There is also a trailhead leading down to the beach and North Jetty. Pretty steep path with stairs part of the way in several places. Not super hard, but a good 1/4 mile hike down to the water....
