I used to go here a lot a few years back, and the staff was kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. Then I came back recently and the new staff/management is HORRID. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more rude counter experience ever. I came in with a friend and we grabbed a couple things and as I was talking to my friend about how to use it, she rudely interrupts and says, “NO! That’s not right!” When I argued and told her I know how to use a vibrator and she’s clearly wrong, she stops and borderline yells at me, “Can I FINISH my speech!!!” My friend and I left feeling frustrated, annoyed, and honestly taken aback. Went back again a couple weeks after, and I could tell she recognized me immediately. Lady proceeded to follow my friend and I around the store and watch every move we were making. As if we were stealing. Not in a sneaky hidden way either, full blown walking in front of the counter to watch through the doorway what we were doing. I have NEVER had that happen to me at that store and I’ve been there countless times over the years. She argued about everything we said even if we didn’t ask. She is rude, argumentative and should not be working in customer service if she can’t learn to keep her mouth shut and be kind and courteous. Visited this shop recently on my birthday trip to the coast, and the worker was SO rude and judgmental -not to mention the least helpful sellswoman I’ve ever encountered- It almost ruined my whole vacation.
