I purchased and paid online to do store pickup. I had to check in and wait in line with people checking in for appointments for the items I already purchased, which defeated the purpose of buying ahead of time. There should be a separate line or person for pickups. Then when someone finally came to check me out, it was yet a THIRD person who actually brought my stuff. While waiting I asked the two people who passed me along if I needed to get a new Verizon SIM for the iPad I purchased. Both of them said I would be fine, I could activate it no problem. Well you’ll never guess what happened! I got to my office and could not activate. I called Verizon and they confirmed the SIM would not support a Verizon activation. The list of services on the iPad settings included every major network EXCEPT Verizon. So now I have to waste more time either going to Apple or Verizon to get a new SIM when it could have been avoided if the kids at Apple had proper training or if Apple was properly staffed with specific people for specific tasks and not having everyone do everything. I wish I didn’t like the product because the stores and staff are inefficient and have no idea what they are doing. Three hours wasted today, and more to come when I figure out when I’ll have time to get my SIM sorted. Such a shame.

The staff in the Chesnut Hill Apple Store are extremely helpful! More better than staff in Boylston Apple Store and online service. My new Mac Pro 15 inch with touch bar which definely has obvious defects when you compare it with my friends or Mac Pro 15 inch at the real store, but the manager, she said it’s not an issue... sadly. But the staff at Chestnut Hill Apple Store admitted it was a defect and gave me three options ! It’s amazing, they are very helpful and flexible. I like them, of course 100% for their service !!! PS: the left is my friend’s Mac Pro 15 inch with touch bar, the right one is mine, do you guys think it’s a defect or not ? Why the staff at Boylston Apple Store thought that it was not an issue ? It is 2500 USD for a student, man.. I can not believe they say that words. Luckily I exchange a new one at Chestnut Hill Apple Store, thank you very much!

Had to get my kid's IPad unlocked. The wait was practically nonexistent. The staff was helpful and polite. The IPad had to do a factory reset which I am fine with. Although they had to help other customers, they made sure to regularly check up on me and the progress of the reset. The factory reset took a little long, but not overly. The staff made sure the IPad was functioning fine afterwards and I was on my way home.

I don't ever complain online but this store was the United Airlines of Apple Stores tonight. I highly recommend NOT going to this one and even consider not going to Apple. I told them at 4:00pm I needed my screen fixed with my Apple Care. The representative said no problem and took my name and told me it'd be about 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes I received a text saying they were ready for me. I was seated and was told "Someone will be right with me." 35 minutes later, someone came up and said, "Okay so we're doing a screen replacement? Go ahead and back up your phone and turn off Find My iPhone and I'll be right back." I did this and ANOTHER 30 minutes later, a new representative happened to look at me and say, "You've been waiting a while I can help you after this customer." She then pulls my name up on her iPhone and says, "Oh we aren't going to get to your phone today. It's already 5:10 and too close to closing." I then tried to explain to her that I didn't understand the point of waiting over an hour to be told I wouldn't be helped after two people said they'd help me. She said something along the lines of "Well that's frustrating but the people at the front don't know how long so it's probably not the number they tell you for how long. Next time you have to come earlier." I was so upset after I left that nobody even apologized to me for waiting so long to be turned away, I called and asked for the manager. The person who answered asked for what reason (that's not your concern it's the manager's) and I said an experience I had. He put me on hold and came back shortly after and said "Yeah none of the managers can take that type of call right now since we're 40 minutes from closing. You'll have to call back or maybe I can tell them your name?" I just hung up. I spend so much money on Apple products and I was completed neglected and treated like an...

I'm pretty disappointed by the service I received tonight and will not be back here again to get other Apple products I intended to purchase here. Yesterday, I was really disappointed when I finally received my refurbished iPod touch from Amazon and it wasn't working. I returned it and checked out all the Best Buys around me and struck out, no iPod touch in store. My boyfriend and I looked up Apple stores and saw there was one 15 minutes away (this one) but the clock was ticking since it was 8:15 and they close at 9pm. I figured it would be fine since I knew exactly what I wanted, a 32 gig Itouch-blue, and would be in and out. We walked in at 8:53PM, and it was fairly crowded but there were a lot of people in apple shirts standing around so I greeted one of them and told them what I wanted and asked if they could get it for me. He looked at his watch and said "Ugh, why did you wait 7 minutes until closing?" I looked at my boyfriend and didn't respond to him. I thought that was extremely rude considering there were a lot of people still in the store lingering yet I was giving a sale, with him not having to work for it at all. He did some stuff with a phone and a lady came out and gave it to him and he checked me out without having to move. He didn't move the whole time, didn't have to work for a sale, and he complained to me and made me feel like crap. He was a very rude person and I don't think he should be by the door "Greeting" people. We walked out of the store at 8:58, while there were still a bunch of people in the store, lingering. Look, I've worked in retail, too. I KNOW how annoying it can be when people come in before closing. But to actually express frustration and annoyance to a customer who is giving you a sale and was in and out under 5 minutes is unacceptable and that is why I will buy my apple...

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! please go anywhere else, i dont want you to suffer how i have. there is a reason there are a huge amount of 1 star reviews, this was the only store that had a screen in stock for my phone which has always been a simple process so i didnt think anything of it.

My screen had a white line (dead pixels) and needed replacement, after supposedly changing my screen they told me it wouldn't calibrate and it was a problem with the processor of the phone and i would need a new one. That would have been understandable if it was true but they also left the screen hanging off the body of the phone and wiped the whole phones memory. I'm leaving for a trip to Europe in 3 days and i needed a reliable phone so they pushed me to buy a new one. I thought about it but i went to the cell fix store across the mall and he fixed it with a new screen for 110 (apple was 280) in 20 minutes (apple took much longer).

I went back to tell them how disappointed i was that they wiped my phone and left me in a worse position then before and their response was "oh we didn't have the parts so..". they were the only apple store that had the screen for my phone which is why i went to them, they just didn't know how to fix it apparently. it was obvious the screen was my problem as my phone was fixed and they are either breaking your phone to force you into buying a new one or completely incompetent/don't care to fix your phone.

i never write reviews, i know people can make mistakes but their poor treatment and or technical incompetence has caused me a whole slew of other problems that were completely avoidable (lost time, backing up phone ect ect). if you've read this far please go to literally any other apple store or phone repair place for...
