SEPHORA at Kohl's — Attraction in Niles Township

I’m some who is Never complain or leave a bad review. I went to newest Sephora at lincolnwood mall to buy some foundation and concealer. I really wanted help to find my shade. I asked a cashier ( big Mexican lady) if she can help. She came over and took a concealer opened it and gave me ghe sample strip. I was so confused. I asked what should i do with it. Ahe said blend it i was so shocked. If i know how to find my shade I wouldn’t ask help from her.i said I don’t know how to do it. She said well then look for something else.. she was the worst employee I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately she treats everyone same. Definitely racist! Me, my 7 and 14 year old daughters were followed around the store the whole entire time, for what reason?! There were other customers in the store with us of different skin tone and I noticed, every time we went into a section, a worker made sure she was either in a section next to us, behind or in front of us. Everytime we moved, she moved LOL. I noticed that nobody else was followed or closely watched like us. We made our purchase and left. What I felt was interesting is the layout of the mall. My favorite beauty store!! Everytime i walk into this store I am greeted & the ladies actually listen to me then help me accordingly. I recommend this Sephora above all. Some of the reviews left for this store are disgusting and unbelievable. They don't always have what I want in stock but that's not their faults how can you leave them a bad review for being out of an item? LOL. WEIRD.
