I was there a few days ago and was just appalled by the customer service and the gossip going on between these two employees. Both were two women in their late 20's I'd have to say, complaining about their manager leaving early. If I heard that manager's name correctly it had to be Ron or Rob. These two employees weren't happy and weren't even greeting customers and swearing about this manager that seems like he can't even work a full eight hour shift. Corporate should hear about this experience of mine and probably other's because this is an ongoing problem with gamestop, especially this location. Employees who can't even greet a customer shouldn't even expect a sale, then not even say "have a nice day" really makes me not come back. Taking my business...

It's come to the point I've even become a Power Up Rewards Pro member again. One thing that I feel they need to do that everyone else does but they dont is price matching. I can honestly say I only buy video game stuff from Best Buy or GameStop and 100% of the time I am going with the cheaper price and it is usually seems that the 2 places alternate weeks for certain games to be on sale and if gamestop would match prices of its competitors (i.e. Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon at the least) they would probably see a bit more of...
