Asian Chao — Restaurant in Niles

There are no words to describe how AWFUL this place is.... The owners of this location at Eastwood Mall should have their right to practice business revoked. First of all, they cheat and overcharge you by several dollars thinking that you do not notice. But, Im not stupid. I asked for the receipt, trying to understand why my 2 entree plate, egg roll and small drink cost me almost $15.... Yes..... $15 dollars for mall Chinese food. And when I asked for the receipt I was handed the photo above. No itemized total. Just a sum. I asked for the detailed one and the girl acted like she didn't understand me, but I know damn well she did. It's despicable. That aside, the chicken was like RUBBER. Obviously sitting there for HOURS and I'm praying to God my cast iron stomach holds up. The portion size wasn't even close to being the 2 portion size wasn't that I ordered.... Hell, it wasn't even enough for a single portion! I also asked for duck sauce and mustard and got one packet of each... REALLY QWEEN?

Avoid this sheisty place at all costs. My lunch today goes down as one of my Top Five Worst Dining...

Well I just left the Mall I. I am new to the area. I was stopping at the mall like I been doing for lunch all week. I ask the lady can I sample she state to me we don’t Said we don’t usually do samples. I said well I don’t want anything. I went to the other Full-court pizza place and got great service like last time. I took my food and sat at the food court by the Chinese restaurant so I can see if she’s going to give a sample out and she did I walked up to her said ma’am in front of the customer I thought you don’t give samples she stated the other employees said you don’t never buy anything I said ma’am I am new to this area and then I went back and ate my food that I ordered. She needs to be fired for her actions towards customer that is new to the area and looking to hire people for another job and I was using the mall as my office because I’m not from...

Absolutely horrible... I dont know why I even thought I'd try them again. I asked the lady about which was which on the chicken and what she said was general toes(sorry it had to be typed) was so unbelievably spicy I've had it here before and never this hot I go back and ask and all she kept saying was it's not my store you can buy more... after asking nicely again if I can give her back what I had she said here and gave me 5 pieces of orange chicken. She said what do you want me to do you ordered it, I said customer service is what you should do and try to keep customers as three people just walked away while I was waiting... nope no customer care at all... cool I paid $12 for my dinner to go...
