Target — Local services in North Attleborough

Tried Target North Attleboro for first time because Sears' prices this year are ridiculous and they had no useful coupons circulating. Photographer Heather seemed extremely experienced, did a great job working with my two boys (9 & 11) and got absolutely fantastic shots. Salesperson Ashley was very adept at manipulating images and had great ideas and recommendations; she also had the patience of a saint as she sat with me for about an hour making and picking images.

Overall, a wonderfully positive experience UNTIL - and here's the reason I didn't go with Excellent - the final order and pricing whizzed by. It turns out that while Ashley had been doing a great job of manipulating the images, she wasn't telling me that, for example, rotating an image from horizontal to vertical would turn the sheet into an "enhanced" image (i.e., more expensive), or worse, that when I put two images on a page ("to save money over buying separate sheets of each image") that the one sheet would count as two enhanced sheets. And most of this I didn't figure out until I got home and counted things up and called back for an explanation of how the order got tallied. And no one bothered to tell me that since I had so many enhanced images and I was better off going with a package that got free enhancements, that I might as well go back and get enhancements on everything.

I will certainly go again for pictures, but I will certainly push harder for clarity on how things are being priced as I build the order. Definitely make sure you have a coupon...

Let me tell you something. I am a very professional person but I’m human and not perfect. I went to pick up an online order and first of all it was not quick and easy the wait time was 30 minutes there was a huge line and one associate. Of course, I told my fiancé to wait in line for me as I shopped around for small presents for my kids it being my sons birthday. I finally get my order, the associate in that department was great and quick, it’s sad that they only have one person working the online store pickup desk. Last but not least, I picked out a red LEGO backpack for my son and upon going to the register I was greeted by Kathy the cashier. She was great also, upon asking her if the 20% discount applied to the backpack which I doubted she confirmed that it did not. Upon paying and before exiting the security at the door profiled my fiancé for the color of his skin. I understand he has a job and has TO CHECK EVERYONES BAGS ETC but when you stop two people at the same time and absolutely not check the other persons things and let them walk right out and only manage to ask my fiancé to check our things clearly seeing that the cashier literally scanned everything and even held the backpack up herself HE WAS PROFILED. I had never experienced this at any store not even at Walmart and for the manager to be so rude towards us, absolutely unacceptable. I never ever ever complain and I love target but due to this experience I will never ever return to target and will let this be known! I am so disappointed and not a happy...

Went to local store after looking online for electric can opener. Found that listing said in store. Upon looking in housewares, was then sent to another department, where. No such item was in stock. Clerk in store checked his hand held gadget and said that item was not in store must order online. Left not happy. Returned for a friend that had an interview that day for a job. Went to service desk, only to be told they were not sure where he should go. After a long wait he was interviews. We then went into store to attempt to shop, and could not believe only one line open to check out. Line went down length of three departments. Left once again , not very pleased. Upon returning home I then called the store to complain, and no one answered. Called 4 times in two hours. Finally called other location to get an answer to problem. Only response was a laugh and comment that it happens all the time. Miss good old K_Mart . We are Now stuck with a defunct Walmart and now Target. Bottom line don't bother the trip not worth it.
