I have been a client at the Ulta Salon in North Attleboro, MA, for several years, Iāve had great experiences and some bad....but none like the one I experienced on my appointment on this past Monday. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm with my regular hairdresser who has been my hairdresser for a few years now. I was just having a root touch up and a keratin mask & of course the normal blow out. Morgan was about 20 late taking me as she was doing another client. When I finally was in the chair and the color was applied, I sat for more than an hour before getting rinsed our, again she was still working on the other client and apparently didnāt think I was urgent enough to continue with me, so she had the manager rinse & shampoo me & apply the keratin, which ended up not applied evenly, in my opinion. I then say in the chair for about another 25-30 minutes before the final rinse, of when I sat in the chair again, waiting to get my hair blown out. The manager asked The hairdresser if he could help and she replied no, she can wait.... well, and even her client said that she was satisfied & to take me & then they announced the store closing and here I sat again....finally when the manager returned, I decided to just get up and leave with uncombed & wet hair. I was totally appalled at how I was treated as a very good client to Ulta. Once salons were able to reopen from COVID, I easily spent well over $200 just on my hair, plus another $125 just on products, and I always was kind with tipping to Morgan as well, this time I felt no need to tip or reschedule an appointment. After this horrid experience it has left an extreme displeasure with the hairdresser & the manager. I donāt feel the need to ever return to Ulta or this salon. I visited ulta on Thursday 12th i would say between 3 to 4 oāclock to buy makeup and had the worst experience of my life. I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for help because the staff was too busy talking to each other to assist customers. I finally got help from one employee after she finished assisting two other customers.i felt so bad cause she was all over the place and seeing to be the only one working.
This location used to be my favorite, but in the past few weeks , I've felt increasingly uncomfortable whenever I walk in. The store is unorganized, the testers are dirty, and there are often empty shelves. I had to ask the employee to retrieve items from the drawer for me, which was frustrating.
It felt like there was no management present, as employees were doing what they wanted. I noticed 3 employees applying makeup on themselves and on each other instead of helping customers. When I tried to ask them for advice, they ignored me and continued their conversation, even making discriminatory comments about another customer.
In the fragrance area, I saw a lady putting fragrances in her bag, and no one seemed to notice or care. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was shocked to discover that one of the employees doing their makeup was the"GENERAL MANAGER ." And the other young lady who were doing her makeup too. I couldn't believe it. They clearly need better management.
I almost ended up leaving without buying anything that day, but one thing for sure I will never return to this location. I hope management addresses these serious issues, as they are driving away...

I went into the North Attleboro Ulta location on New year's Eve in the afternoon to get lash and help putting them on and decided on a whim to also get a full face of makeup done for a wedding I had to go to that night in Newport.
Allison volunteered and I'm so lucky. She did suchhh an amazing job! She is extremely talented, friendly, and professional. She took the time to ask me details about what I was wearing, what kind of look I was going for, my skin type etc and perfectly matched my makeup perfectly to it. And she was so sweet and genuinely excited for the final reveal.
I can't tell you how many compliments I received that night..not to mention the amount of pressure it took off of getting ready that day! I literally just had to go home, put a couple clip in hair extensions in my hair, my dress on, I was out of the house in 25 mins. And my makeup stayed in place all night long!
I've gotten my makeup done at various Ultas before but Alison by far did the best job on my makeup that ive ever had done before there. I highly recommend her!
I know for me any event I have in the future I will be back and requesting her specifically! Thank so...
