COACH Outlet — Attraction in North Bend

Where do I start!? Just yesterday I stopped off at northbend coach store with my amazing husband and wonderful babies. They wanted to take me to cheer me up because a couple days prior I had surgery due to me having stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. The moment I walked into the store one of the kindest and most wonderful women ( Hazel ) I had ever met was there with a big smile and open heart. She understood everything I had been going through because she herself had also gone through this horrible disease. She made me feel not like a customer but truly like family and on a day I needed it the most!! If anyone is trying to find beautiful bags and the best service I recommend talking to Hazel at the Northbend shopping center in the Coach store. Went to go shopping as I need a new purse and wallet. Plans were to make a purchase today as I had to go out of my way to come to this store. Tried to go in at 2:24 pm. I wasn't permitted entry as they are ",CLOSED FROM 2:30 to 3:30. Due to lack of employees" the lady at the door told me. A complete waste of my time, I didn't have any other shopping to do so I didn't sit in my car wait for over an hour for them to reopen. You would think that making money on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON and not making a customer upset would be important to this company. I went there to surprise my girlfriend with a purse she really likes, but unfortunately they were completely sold out because it was marked on clearance a few days ago. But the employees that were there were so incredibly helpful I can't thank them enough, they remembered my girlfriend and I from a few days prior and even remembered what bag she wanted and yes it was sold out everywhere in Washington. So they began looking up inventory and calling just about every store in the United States until they finally found one in southern California and one in Mississippi.
