DO NOT GO HERE! This place is absolutely terrible. Ive been going there on and off for 3 years now, but never again. I got a defective vape and they refused to give me a refund even though I bought it before the beginning of the year when they changed their policy to 24 HOUR RETURN POLICY! And also they will not let you return a anything even if its still unopened. They are twice as expensive as Blue Spinx in almost everything, especially their bongs and pipes. There is a guy with short dark hair and another with long blonde hair who shouldn't have a job but they do. They were complete jerks. Rude and snotty, like they look down on you. Like you're a guest in their home. Ive even called management and complained, but the owner was about as rude as his employees. It is crazy how bad this place is. The new management, the employees, the bad prices and the poor quality make this place the biggest 1 star that I have ever given and I don't usually write reviews. Let alone bad ones. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For all your gaping needs, go to river walk vapes. For all your smoking needs go to Blue Spinx. Dont waste your time, money or your good mood for this place.

Its what good companies do, but you don't care about your customers. You only care about our money.    Read more!!Zero stars!! I shopped there for about 9 years now, including the old south shop. About a carton a week, Kratom daily use and CBD also daily use for my dog. Also the random Vape systems, juices, etc. I stopped in on my way to work to grab my 2 cartons decided to pick up an Orion Q also. Knowing I can find them for 25$ I still payed the 70$ they charge. I'm that way I want I get now. Try it out at work and it heats to much and burns my lips (not a actual burn...if its hot I let go). I also let several other people try it, same effect. The very next day on my way to work I try to get a refund, NO GO it has to be a manufacturer defect. I'm tempted to hook my multimeter up to it and find out if it is defective. Ehh not worth my time, if you add up what I've spent there and what I spend monthly plus every one I share my story with. I think its better they never get a cent from me. Final....DO NOT SHOP HERE.    Read moreThis establishment has poor tact and poor customer service. I told them that I was looking at pieces that I wanted to get as a gift for someone else. They told me that I can't buy for someone else then asked me to leave. They didn't simply inform me that he had to be present to buy and that I could only look and not buy that day without the patient it was intended for; they didn't even ask to see my medical card; they just told me to leave. From what I could see, all of their equipment was made in China. The downside to china made medical cannabis equipment for oils (which is often the cleanest modality) is that it is not designed in such a way that allows the patient to use their medicine in a prudent and conservative way. In other words, at least 50% of the medicinal oil is lost through using cheap china glass that does not support the American economy. I would suggest to these owners/workers that they have more discernment regarding what the law truly allows and when it is appropriate to educate someone. I also suggest that these shop owners educate themselves on what tools and materials are best and most beneficial for the patient instead of just going for the cheapest chinese product that cost patients who are already in pain,...
