Night Owl Cookies

Went to this location on the evening of 10/25/23. When i arrived the employee was chillin with his friend outside and proceeded inside when i arrived. He was on the phone facetimeing the whole time I was there. Didn't even say hello or thank you. I ordered 4 cookies and 2 of them were Birthday cakes that were hard and not soft and warm like other times. He put alot of the white cream on top of the cookie which made it taste excessively sweet. I even had tipped him the change and not even a thank you. He definitely lacks customer service skills and definitely should be trained. He should of also say that the credit card machine wasn't working from the door l, which he did once I placed the order. First and last time I visit thay location.
