I went with my mother who is 78 years , she wanted to exchange an item, because she got the wrong size, and she was also buying more stuff, when we got to the register and young african american girl, starts scanning the stuff we got, the minute i told her we also had an item to return she rolled her eyes at me and started giving us the worse attitude, and she started slamming the items on the table, I told her if she was upset for whatever reason to call a co worker and have him take care of us, and then she made a slick comment, so I then asked to speak with a manager, all the customers saw how she gave us a horrible attitude and the customers even congratulated me for calling a manager and not letting her give me and my 78 year old mother an attitude for no reason. I will never go back to this tj maxx in my life, its sad how some of these people treat customers so bad for no reason, I dont wish this...
Read moreNo costumer service completely ignored for 11 minutes when the employee was there trying to buy jewerly. Wasnt even acknowledged. No I'm sorry for the wait. No someone will be with you in a minute. As someone who works in costume service I must say this was terrible. I saw multiple people walk away fro. The counter and multiple sales lost. I like this place but it really disappointing when you're trying to spend money and the employee is not helpful in any way and had an attitude of not caring there are a lot of stores out there and I will never consider buying jewlwrly here again because of the extremely subpar experience and I feel more hesitant to give this establishment any of my money...

I have my cart so full and asked if they could unlock it as they usually do for me so i would not loose my parking spot to continue shopping and wouldn t have to go back and forth 3 tiles carrying heavy bags …. He denied because he supposedly had not enough carts but then said go shopping and come back, what does it change to leave the items in the cart while i go shopping elsewhere people would still not be able to use the cart .. just didn t want to help period !!!!!! Unacceptable to spend more then 500$ and get that customer service ! Ac not working in the store always a huge line to pay … really...
