They actually care about customers. I am a Pokemon TCG collector, and it has been awful across the country with scalpers buying up the entire stock and then selling them at a markup. In most stores in Myrtle beach, if you aren't there for the exact time the restock truck comes in, you will be lucky to get a single product. Its been downright miserable.
This store made my week when they told me they have started implementing purchase limits. They stated it was due to scalpers sweeping out their stock and children crying from not finding any product. They also keep their TCG cards behind the counters with a staff member watching the area at all times, so there is no way a person could get sneak packs and shoplift. Even at 1-pack per person it is still an amazing feeling to walk into a store and not see the shelves wiped clean of anything related to my hobby for the 27th time.
