We had the pleasure of first meeting Gretchen at a J&K store. She made us familiar with several items we were searching for, explained options and cost, and was so professional that we decided to visit other J&K stores to determine if Gretchen was just a fluke. Then we met Kristi at another J&K store, one where Gretchen was not in that day. Kristi assured us that she and Gretchen are a team and support one another. This mattered to us. Kristi proceeded to show us furnishings that matched our expressed needs. She came to our future community home site and assessed the model home, which just happened to be the same model we are having built. She sat down with us and explained her ideas, she walked around and helped us visualize furnishings of various sizes, colors and features that would work best in the space. Kristi took the burden off us, never pushed too hard for a decision, and most important she gave us all the time and space we needed for decision making. On January 20th, my wife & I walked into the N. Myrtle Beach location with the intention of "just looking" . We had been looking for quality furniture that was of a specific size to fit in our RV. Space is limited as well as the entry door. We were met by Bobby Fisher who assisted us with information, size & if certain pieces could come apart to fit in the door. We ended up purchasing a Bassett theater seating piece & a sleeper sofa all in one place, which was unexpected. A few days later, Terry & his partner delivered the theater seat piece and got it in & in place very easily. Several weeks later after the special ordered sleeper came in, Terry & Cory delivered it. Since this piece didn't come apart, it was going to be a challenge getting it in the door. Terry & Cory worked at it for several minutes, never gave up & finally got it in and in place. We were so happy, we recommended J&K to our neighbors who then purchase a theater seating set for their RV and are also very happy.

Finding J&K Furnishings was the highlight of our Living Room Sofa Recliner search. We were looking for furniture with fabric material choice not leather which is limited to 2-3 basic color choices.After visiting several well advertised MB furniture stores, all we found were mostly leather and some fabric recliners, limited in color choices and pricey. Thinking our options were unachieveable, I searched online and found J&K Furnishings. Again, thinking we may have to settle for leather, we went to J&K, NMyrtle. We were welcomed by Bobby Fisher who immediately showed us the furniture of our choice, along with plenty of fabrice choices. The sofa power recliner set is Southern Motion. We were very please with the comfortable support and feel from the lumbar to the neck when seated and the feel of fabric. We selected our choice of fabric with the power recliner options for the legs and neck. Great price & value....
