My boyfriend and I went there today and were getting two shirts with the free printed on decal. On one side they had listed $9.99 per shirt or two for $18.99 with the free decal. On the other side of the display had $12.99 per shirt with free decal. Before we had the decals printed on our shirt I asked the worker to clarify that these two shirts with the decals would end up to be $18.99, and he said that they would be. However, when we went to pay they tried to charge $12.99 for the 2X shirt alone. I showed them that that was under the $9.99 selection and the whole bottom row of the display had signs with 2x shirts and several shirts there on the display for that price. The worker who was helping us then went to get a man who I suppose was the manager. He was completely unhelpful, rude, and VERY dishonest in his advertising. He claimed that all sized 2x shirts were for $12.99 a piece and that he had no $9.99 shirts for size 2x. I then showed him that the whole bottom display was 2x and even had the stickers put on there. He was very rude and stated that this must have been a mistake made by a customer. When I pointed out that it had several shirts PLUS the sizing labels on the display, he refused to sell me the shirt for $9.99. He also tried to say that any shirts with the decals were $12.99, although all over the store it stated that ANY plain shirt bought would be given a free decal. There were even signs over the $9.99 signs that stated that. When I pointed this out he said, "that must be a mistake" and that is when I said that he needs to remove the signs because that's false advertisement. He refused to do so, so I took the sign and tried to hand it to him. At this point in time he was physically blocking me from leaving the aisle that the shirts were on all the while screaming me to put the sign back on the $9.99 section. I assume he wanted me to do this so that he can con someone else out of more money. After about 10 minutes of arguing back and forth he finally rudely told the other worker to give us the shirt for $9.99. With blatantly false advertisement on several different accounts and how rude and overly confrontational the manager was I would DEFINITELY not recommend this...
Read moreThe staff here are phenomenal! They really go the extra mile for their customers. I wanted to try on the last royal blue bikini they had in the entire store but the problem was that it was thirty feet off the ground on a mannequin for display only. I was told that it was part of the store decor, and had been there for a LONG time. I was sad because I had been searching for that exact bikini for almost two years, but I understood. As I was about to purchase a dress and a sweater, the cashier fashioned a super long pole and managed to finagle the mannequin down for me. I tried on the bikini & low and behold, it was a PERFECT fit!!! I was so happy! The woman who was was working with the cashier was also friendly and very helpful. They also have lots of clearance/sales going on at this location, and I always make a point of coming to this store in particular because the employees actually care about making you happy. It's a very rare find in this area and definitely a gem. Thanks...
Read moreI used to love this play when I was a teenager. I go there every chance I got My parents used to take us there whenever we was at Myrtle Beach. I remembered people were friendly and helpful. But since then this place has gone down hill. Maybe it the Management or the lack of help thereof. I went in there with my wife and 2 children. And there was only 2 persons working which I didn't realized at first. Because before there usually more people working. Also it was quiet. As it turned out we were the only people in there. And as I turned to look for my family that when I caught one them following my wife and kids around the store. And the other guy was eyeing them like a hawk. That when I decided to confront them about it. And to my surprise they didn't deny doing it. They said, their boss want them to do that. I wanted to just leave. Unfortunately, my wife wanted to buy some stuff for our children and herself. But this will be last...
