Had to take a PS5 here to be repaired. Went in on June 19th, 2025. Was told that they would diagnose and charge a $30 diagnostic fee, but that fee went towards any repairs that were made. Fine. A couple hours later I got a call stating that the power supply was bad and they would need to order a new one. Normally it's an overnight delivery. But because of the holiday, I was informed that the part would arrive Monday. An hour later, I get a call from the same tech who told me that it may be Monday or Tuesday, because they couldn't control the delivery company. Sounds an awful lot like your tech didn't get the order in on time for Monday delivery. Tuesday rolls around, I call the store, and Dominic answers the phone and tells me the part isn't there yet. I asked if he could track it, if he had a tracking number to make sure it was coming in today. I had to ask him to do so multiple times and he FINALLY did and told me the part was scheduled for delivery today. A few hours later I get a call saying it's ready for pick up. I get off work, head up, and am told it's $109 for the repair. Great, can I see an itemized breakdown of what I'm paying for? Dominic says nope, that's not the way we work. Finally had to get someone else on the phone. I explain to him the problems. He wants to have a drawn out conversation. I'm not interested. I just want an itemized breakdown of costs and I'll pay and be on my way. Nothing but attitude from every employee and they don't wanna tell you what you are paying for. AVOID THIS PLACE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here to get my wife's iPhone fixed. They diagnosed the problem, asked us to pay up front for the part, which we did. Brought the phone back in, THAT part didn't fix the problem. Ordered a more expensive part to fix the phone, and paid the upcharge (I've pre-paid twice now to get the phone fixed) with the assurance that this part was now the solution. The owner sold the business, then we dealt with our 3rd phone tech. He tried the new part. It didn't work. He simply applied some rubbing alcohol to a swab and cleaned out the ear speaker. That worked. When we asked for our refund, he said since it's been 4 months, we'd have to get the $ from the old owner! I said it's been 4 months because that's how long it's taken to get the parts you told us to order that didn't work! He then said we could go to the parent company, Techy Company, and email them, and they might give us a refund. Emailed the parent company, their response was, "You should get the $ from the previous owner, but it's already been 6 months now." It's been 6 months because of the delay in parts that didn't work, and this company's piss-poor customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled store to see if they can fix my key fob and was told bring it in. They said they could do it. I brought them a replacement shell so all that needed doing was pretty simple. ( the same replacement shell I purchased before) the screw broke, the key was dremeled to fit, but was told they couldn't get the pin back in. 50 bucks later I was told the replacement shell was the problem but if I buy another one they will try to make it right. New review pending. Photos are what i was given back. Two days have now gone by. I purchased another shell fob and took it back to techy. They fixed it in about 10 minutes this time . I am only leaving three starts though. Even though they fixed it , I'm still out the cost of the original key fob shell and a second trip to the store, and I think it would have went a lot farther if they didn't try to blame the problem on the fob itself. In fairness , they do not do these on a regular basis and there was a slight learning curve. I will do...
